MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Club Edge, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company (“Club Edge,” “the Club,” “we,” or “us”), and the undersigned individual (“Member” or “you”). By paying for the membership, the Member agrees to abide by all Club policies, rules, and terms of membership as outlined below. 1. Member Eligibility Membership is open exclusively to adult men aged eighteen (18) or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at registration and upon request. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued. 2. Membership Options & Fees Club Edge offers the following membership terms: 1-Month Membership: $40 3-Month Membership: $60 6-Month Membership: $80 12-Month Membership: $100 All memberships require an additional $25 per-visit access fee for up to 8 hours of facility use. All payments are made on site only. No online payments are accepted. Membership fees are non-refundable and may change at the sole discretion of the Club. 3. Facility Access Membership grants access to designated Club Edge facilities during posted business hours. Access includes use of the locker room, showers, sauna, lounge areas, social areas, maze, and any other publicly available spaces. Members must check in and out at the front desk for each visit. The Club reserves the right to close areas for cleaning, maintenance, renovation, or private events. 4. Conduct & Behavior Standards To maintain a safe, private, and respectful environment, members agree to: Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines. Uphold community standards of respect, consent, and courtesy. Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, harassing, or unsafe behavior. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene while using the facility. Not bring prohibited substances, weapons, or contraband into the premises. Use lockers for storing personal belongings; the Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality Club Edge is a private, discrete environment. Members shall not take photos, videos, recordings, or share identifying information about other members. Violations of privacy rules may result in immediate termination of membership. 6. Health & Safety Members must be in adequate physical condition to use the facilities safely. Members agree not to visit the Club if experiencing contagious illness or severe medical symptoms. Members use all facilities at their own risk. The Club is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice or services beyond optional third-party educational or testing partnerships. 7. Liability Waiver By paying for a membership, the Member: Assumes all risks associated with using Club facilities. Releases Club Edge, its owners, managers, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses occurring on the premises, except where prohibited by law. Acknowledges that participation in Club activities and use of equipment and facilities is voluntary. 8. Termination of Membership The Club may suspend or revoke membership at its sole discretion for: Violations of Club rules Inappropriate or unsafe conduct Nonpayment of fees Providing false information Any action deemed harmful to the Club or its members Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination. 9. Updates to Policies Club Edge reserves the right to update, modify, or amend its rules, policies, or membership terms at any time. Members will be informed of major changes upon check-in or via posting within the facility.
Facility Use – Club Edge Club Edge is a private, members-only lounge for men 18+. Enjoy access to the locker room, showers, sauna, lounge areas, private sections, and the signature Club Edge maze. Each visit includes up to 8 hours of access, plus a locker and towel. • Check-in required at entry • Store belongings in your locker • No photos, recording devices, or guests • Areas may close temporarily for cleaning • Use of the facility is voluntary and at your own risk Club Edge is designed as a safe, modern, and discreet environment for men to relax and connect. Code of Conduct – Club Edge Respect & Privacy • Respect all members’ anonymity • No photos, recordings, or sharing personal information Consent & Comfort • All interactions must be consensual • No harassment, aggression, or unwanted advances Safety & Cleanliness • Maintain hygiene and clean up after use • Report any hazards to staff immediately Prohibited • No illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behavior • No damage to Club Edge property Staff Authority • Follow all staff instructions and posted rules • Membership access may be revoked for violations

Membership level, preferences, interests, event participation history Photographs/videos of you participating in events (subject to event-specific consent) Other information you provide (e.g., in surveys, applications, feedback) 2.2. Information Collected Automatically When you visit our website or use our digital services, we may automatically collect information such as: IP address, browser type/version, device type, operating system Date/time of visit, pages viewed, referral source Cookies, web beacons, analytics data (see Section 6) 2.3. Information from Third-Parties We may receive information about you from third-party service providers, analytics providers, social media platforms (if you opt in), or public sources. 3. How We Use Your Information We use your information for purposes including, but not limited to: Operating, managing, and delivering our events, membership services, and website Processing donations, membership fees, purchases, billing and payment fulfillment, Communicating with you (e.g., confirmation emails, event updates, newsletters, membership renewal notices) Personalize your experience (e.g., recommended events, membership tiers, offers) Marketing and promotions (you may opt-out, see Section 8) Conducting research and analytics to improve our services Complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements 4. Sharing and Disclosure We may share your personal information in the following circumstances: With our service providers, contractors, and payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Donorbox) who help us operate the website, manage payments, send communications, host data, run analytics, etc. With third-party analytics providers and advertising partners (where applicable) to the extent necessary for their services. With our legal, accounting, and professional advisors where required. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business — you will be notified of any such change and how it affects your data. As required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Club Edge, our members, or others. With your consent (we will ask before sharing data in such cases). We do not sell your personal information for profit to unrelated third parties. 5. Data Retention We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy (operational needs, legal compliance, contract obligations) and for a period thereafter as required by law or based on our record-keeping policies. Miscellaneous If any part of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or regulator, that part will be severed and the remainder of the policy will continue in full force. This policy is governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire (or other appropriate jurisdiction) without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk – Club Edge By entering Club Edge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your personal safety and the use of all facilities: 1. Voluntary Participation Your use of the Club Edge facility, including all lounge areas, private sections, showers, sauna, locker room, and the Club Edge maze, is entirely voluntary. You understand that participation in any activity within the Club is at your own risk. 2. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that using any wellness, recreational, or social facility carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment use, and interactions with other members. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, whether known or unknown. 3. Personal Responsibility You agree to use the facility in a safe and responsible manner, follow all posted rules, and comply with staff instructions. You understand it is your responsibility to assess your own physical ability and health condition before using any area or amenity. 4. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Club Edge, LLC, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses that may arise from your presence in the facility or your participation in any Club-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to: • Accidents or injuries • Illness or medical conditions • Property damage or loss • Actions of other members or guests • Conditions within the facility, whether supervised or unsupervised 5. No Medical Services Provided You understand that Club Edge does not provide medical care or emergency treatment. Any optional third-party health or testing services offered through partnerships are independent providers not operated or controlled by Club Edge. 6. Personal Belongings Club Edge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members are required to store belongings in lockers provided during each visit. 7. Alcohol, Substances & Behavior You acknowledge that unsafe, impaired, or disruptive behavior increases risk and may result in immediate removal without refund. 8. Agreement to Indemnify You agree to indemnify and defend Club Edge, LLC against any claims arising from your own actions, negligence, or violation of Club policies. 9. Acknowledgment By entering Club Edge or signing a membership form, you confirm that you: • Have read and understand this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk • Agree to all terms listed • Are 18 years of age or older • Accept full responsibility for your safety and conduct while on the premises
